Inside Sales Representative
Responsible for: Developing Solarwinds business opportunity within designated geography. Achieving revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads/downloads) and provided solutions for their network management needs. Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, channel co-ordination and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
The ISR will:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel partners, and close sales
Keep Solarwinds management informed by maintaining accurate customer and pipeline records within SalesForce
Submit accurate and timely activity reports as required
Conduct product demonstrations via the internet to potential customer’s audiences that are both technical and non-technical
Provide Solarwinds Management with information about the local market opportunity and identifying new business opportunities and channel partnerships
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Passion for selling (IT industry background preferable)
Enthusiastic and self starting approach
Demonstrable record of sales success against quota
Knowledge and experience of networking technologies and our overall business environment
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office/Exchange, and SalesForce
Fluent (written/oral) in English, Italian, any other language
si tratta di offerta di Lavoro come Account Manager in azienda che si occupa di networking ed in generale di vendite di Software per Aziende,inizialmente si parte con la sola Italia per poi espandersi anche al bacino orientale del mediterraneo, zona lavoro Roma sud-est(gli uffici sono in direzione frascati)
fisso (sui 30/35k annui)piu commissioni uncapped(si puo guadagnare fino a 100k annui)
