ragazzi io sono mesi che ormai uso tuneecu e mi ci trovo benone, ma ho sempre il solito problema, ovvero il 70% delle volte, perdo la connessione quando accendo il motore!

Ho provato anche a disinstallare e reinstallare i driver, ma il problema si ripete e devo riavviare il pc per ristabilire una nuova connessione.

Conoscete qualche rimedio???

io con quest'ultima versione ho risolto definitivamente il problema delle disconnessioni (sia winXP che win7)

Hi,

Please try it without VCP (Virtual COM Port).

Cable plugged into the computer and then:

Open the Device Manager and search under "USB" the "USB Serial Converter"
for your cable.
Double click on "USB Serial Converter" in the new window select "Advanced"
Now remove the check mark from the checkbox "Load VCP" and close Device Manager.
Remove the cable from the computer and plug it in again.

Maybe it works better then. The problem can also be your cable. Can you borrow a different cable?

I followed the steps you described, but unfortunately the software disconnects when I turn on the engine ...

I also checked the cable and all contacts are in place.

What can it be?

Hi,

Since I am also perplexed.
Have you ever TuneECU tested with another computer or another bike?
If this error occurs also on another bike, it can only lie on the cable.

But if it works on another bike, you havta the fault search in the eletrotechnics of your bike.

ciao ragazzuoli, anche a me oggi è arrivato il cavo... Io vorrei usare il magico programmino solo per caricare la mappa per lo scarico aperto, ma - soprattutto - perchè ho letto da più parti che, ricaricando una nuova mappa, elimino definitivamente il fastidioso problema del tachimetro "ballerino" della speed my 2002.
