[TuneECU] rimappare la centralina motore della tua Triumph da soli e gratis: DOMANDE e RISPOSTE

Domanda ai piu' esperti:
Come mai per la daytona 675 la mappa fino ai primi numeri di telaio e' differente da quella per quelli successivi (e idem quelli successivi ancora, che credo sian gia' le post restyling, il che si spiegherebbe di piu') ?

In particolare le tabelle 1-3 pensavo dovessero essere tutte uguali, invece le F1-3 sono si tutte uguali, ma le L1-3 differiscono leggermente per i tre cilindri.. cosa che nelle mappe successive non e' presente.. motivo?

Grazie a chiunque mi tolga questo, probabilmente banale, dubbio.

I've got a question regarding the stock maps for daytona675, I see that different VIN from the same bike (as far as I know all the bikes made before the '09 restyling are mechanically identical), have different maps.
More precisely I thought that the all 1-3 tables should be exactly the same for each cylinder, but the L1-3 of the first bikes produced are slightly different between each other.
This behavior though is not present on the following models, where L1-3 tables are fixed for all the cylinders.
Do you know why?
Also, is it possible to use a more recent map on one of the first models? (without creating problems to the bike, I mean)

I've said it before, and I say it again now, I do only the database available in this database are all stored maps, which I have received.

What are you there with making or not making, which is left to you.
Logically, new maps are not always better than the old maps, but with TuneECU or TuneEdit, it's no problem, the old tune back on the ECU.

No one is forced to change its mapping.

And I do not have to know what's changed triumph, you forget that I'm just a user.
And I give you only the possibility to obtain maps and free software.
And that what I know, I give you. Everything else must be clarified in the forums.

Maybe somethings has been missed in translation from my post in italian...btw i'm a little bit amazed about the strange beahviour of Triumph that didn't changed any maps for several years, and now suddenly new oem codes has appears. exactly where the differences are, I can not say. Since you have to ask triumph.
The 675er I do not know so well and there can only guess that it might have to do with the homologation. Eventually, the CDI's are different.

to take a tune from a new model on an old model is dangerous.
Not all changes can be seen with TuneECU.
I advise you not to do.

Are differences in the F-or L-Tables are at different tunes, the reason
among others, the different thermal loads of the individual cylinders.

This leads to a distinction in the oxygen content of air drawn into the individual cylinders and requires an adjustment of the fuel quantity.

Ho comperato il cavo, stavo guardando per installare tutto, sul forum c'è scritto di mettere su il driver "dal sito FTDI (ver 2.06.00) al link" "http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm" ..ma la 2.06 non c'è più, l'attuale è la 2.08.02 ... va bene uguale?

Ho già scritto un post ma non ho ricevuto risposte esaustive, quindi rimetto qui la mia domanda sperando che qualcuno che ne sappia più di me riesca a togliermi questa curiosità.
Allora io ho una speed del 2005, quindi mappe up to vin, ho confrontato col programma tra loro le mappe uguali la prima con cat e sai e la seconda senza, tipo la 20100 con la 20101, la 20213 con la 20214 oppure la 20272 con la 20273, insomma tra tutte e tre le coppie considerate non ci sono differenze tra loro, in pratica la mappa con cat e sai risulta identica a quella senza cat e senza sai, come mai non ci sono differenze? Non dovrebbero esserci differenze, almeno nel rapporto stechiometrico aria/benzina, considerato che senza cat e senza sai la mappa risulterebbe troppo magra?

premetto che ho una tiger , ma sono andato a scaricarmi le mappe che hai detto e le ho confrontate, in effetti hai ragione risultano uguali in tutto. Qualche post indietro avevo fatto una domanda piu o meno del genere , ti incollo domanda e risposta di tom :

In the mappings, there are areas this with TuneECU or TuneEdit are not visible.
These areas can be seen only with a hex editor.

Praticamente dice che nelle mappature ci sono aree che con il tuneecu non sono visibili, queste aree si possono vedere solo con un programma hex editor....Ha poi aggiunto che anche aprendolo con quel determinato programma si hanno delle schermate a lui incomprensibili, e che bisognerebbe chiedere a chi ha fatto il tuneecu......
