I would just like to express my shock and concern and sadness about this terrible event.
Condolences to the victims families.
It is hard to imagine what it must be like to lose loved ones this way.
I am reminded of the recent "pre-built" bridge collapse
here in the US in Miami Florida in March of this year - also shocking, in some ways more so,
considering the current state of construction engineering and technology.
