Obama said he is sending another 4,000 troops to Afghanistan, along with hundreds of civilian specialists, such as agricultural experts, educators and engineers. Questo dalla CNN, quindi la notizia giusta è che , oltre alle gia annunciate 17.000 unità, gli USA invieranno nel tearìtro afghno-pakistano 21.000 uomini in più oltre a quelli già in loco.
Sembra tutto meno che un disimpegno...
