Menton - Alessandria

unfortunately I do not speak Italian.
I have a question.
In June 2009 me, my Speed Triple and some friends will do the Route Des Grandes Alpes. To complete the trip I just need a nice route from Menton to Alessandria. Of course I'm looking for twisty roads
We leave Menton in the morning and we must be in Alessandria before 17u00.

Can any of you guys help me a little bit?

What kind of roads are the SP roads?

Is it off-road or is it normal road?

Ho salvato la mappa, visto che in primavera andiamo a fare un giro in costa azzurra. Vale davvero la pena di uscire ad Alessandria e fare la "tua" strada?
Se li faccio uscire e poi fa schifo a livello di guida mi ammazzano

La strada è molto bella ma se arrivi da Milano continua fino ad Ovada esci e fai questa:
