ho notato che nella lista delle mappe oem ne vengono aggiunte delle nuove in sostituzione di quelle vecchie, ma confrontandole con il tuneecu risultano praticamente identiche . perchè ?

In the mappings, there are areas this with TuneECU or TuneEdit are not visible.
These areas can be seen only with a hex editor.

Uhhmmmmmm...magari penso male ma sta storia puzza. Sono anni che non toccano le mappe e adesso col TE che imperversa improvvisamente saltano fuori codici nuovi e guarda caso non si sa cosa facciano di diverso. Fossi in voi farei tesoro delle "vecchie" mappe e lascerei perdere le nuove finchè non si sa in cosa sono cambiate.

Logically, new maps are not always better than the old maps, but with TuneECU or TuneEdit, it's no problem, the old tune back on the ECU.

I understand the flow of your job about TE. Maybe somethings has been missed in translation from my post in italian...btw i'm a little bit amazed about the strange beahviour of Triumph that didn't changed any maps for several years, and now suddenly new oem codes has appears. That's give me some bad thoughts, don't you? Am I too....italian?

to take a tune from a new model on an old model is dangerous.
Not all changes can be seen with TuneECU.
I advise you not to do.

I've got a question regarding the stock maps for daytona675, I see that different VIN from the same bike (as far as I know all the bikes made before the '09 restyling are mechanically identical), have different maps.
More precisely I thought that the all 1-3 tables should be exactly the same for each cylinder, but the L1-3 of the first bikes produced are slightly different between each other.
This behavior though is not present on the following models, where L1-3 tables are fixed for all the cylinders.
Do you know why?
Also, is it possible to use a more recent map on one of the first models? (without creating problems to the bike, I mean)
